This is an a photo essay about the RCAF Demonstration Team the Snowbird’s. The Snowbirds are admired all over North America doing 70 performance at 50 airshows every year. The Snowbirds fly the Canadair CT-114 Tutor, a Canadian-built jet that was used by the Canadian Forces as a basic pilot-training aircraft from 1963 until 2000.
I followed the Snowbirds last year and had the opportunity to see them do training flights and airshow performances. The photos are dedicated to the men and the women of the Canadian Forces.
We are supporting the new “North American Museum of Flight Simulation” that will open its doors late 2015 at Boundary Bay Airport, Delta, BC, Canada.
